The best fried chicken and fish in Peoria, IL. Better than Popeyes and KFC.
Amir's is moving to the front of the line when it comes to name recognition for catering as well. Paired with local craft beer and you have a winning event.

Oct 2020 – Amir's Krispy Krunchy Chicken ranks first on my list in Peoria Magazine's Food & Culinary comfort food feature article, “Tastes like home to me”.

Just ordered another 8 piece dark again. OMG seriously one if the best places in town for fried chicken. Call ahead for your order 15-20 minutes for pickup. If it goes to voicemail, hang up and call again.

P.s. 10/15/20 update - Kitchen closes at 830pm, store closes at 10pm.

Best food value in Peoria!!! Excellent chicken and wings. Italian beef and double half pound cheeseburger are awesome and only $8. Got ten pieces of chicken for $13. Can’t beat their quality and their prices anywhere. Highly recommend them

You have to wait around 20 minutes for the fried chicken, but trust me, it’s worth the wait. It’s the best in town and budget-friendly too!

The 4 piece fried chicken is great. It's half of a chicken on top of fries.
The walleye is also great. Everything is made to order, so you may have to wait 10-20 minutes.
Watch out for the local bums, but the food is worth it.
