Mike and Tim are wells of knowledge and do not mind sharing I think every time I’ve gone in their store Ive learned something new. Great customer service!!! They have now worked on two of my instruments both returning back to me in excellent condition!!! Highly recommended such a great shop and good people!!

I’m truly blown away by their level of customer service. My son (he’s a beginner) and I came in to have a broken string replaced on his guitar. Tim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He even showed us how to properly tune it! We will definitely come back here for all our guitar needs. Thank you!

This Guitar Shop is Awesome! They have the coolest gear new and used.
Tim is a great Amplifier tech he has gone thru two of my vintage amps that went thru a Tornado and were left out in the rain for half a day until I could get them out. A 60’s black face Fender Vibrolux Reverb and a 65 Marshall Super lead!! Both sound great and he currently has my 60’s Fender Music master tube amp going thru it. And I have two more to bring him after that!! Thanks for having a great place to go to.

If you need anything done with your guitar, bring it here. The guys in here are kind, extremely knowledgeable, fair, and respectful to you and your instrument. I highly recommend them OVER Guitar Center and I can say that after just one visit. All I needed was a new nut and saddle on my old Epiphone Acoustic and because it is such an old guitar he had to special order the replacement. It sounds so much better!
