Always wasting my money buying expired product. Products such as bags of chips have been stale due to poor shelving and the product getting punctured. If you see a vending machine with their name on it I wouldn’t waste your money

Always requires exact change. Card reader disabled by vender and when it is working it’s empty. They might stock my employers machines once a week if that. If I were running a company and needed vending machines I would not use this company if they paid me to do so.

It's hard to believe how bad a company can be that only fills vending machines. We have a snack machine and a soda machine from this company, and had a coffee machine. The soda is $35 a 12 pack, and is usually empty. The snacks are usually expired, and are the smallest packages available anywhere. Talking to the drivers is a waste of time, they are not people oriented. They removed the coffee machine, I guess to clean it, but never said if it is coming back or not. Any company is better than these guys.

Thank god they lost their contract at Binghamton University, always getting stale food no matter there or at work.

God forbid you get their “American Dining Creations”, they must have created those bagels from recycling, as they sure taste no better than cardboard—like most of their catering.

Careless employees. Not shelving product properly so it doesn’t align with beverage selection. Snack vending same issue except leaving expired product for customers to waste their money and potentially get sick.

Machines always have network problems, their workers don’t know what the heck they’re doing half the time. They don’t know how to program their own machines. Pathetic company.

Awful service. They are supposed to come weekly and only come once a month. They do not replace expired food but instead will put it in front of the new food forcing people to buy old food. They are supposed to clean the appliances like microwaves and refrigerators and NEVER do. The microwaves at my job have literal black tar under them from never being cleaned. The employees only give a good review because they clearly get away with doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and getting a full weeks pay anyway. I dont blame the company. I blame the people it hired who falsely represented themselves as a worthy worker.

They do the food service at our work. They suck, never any food in the cooler always the same stuff, they have soup but no spoons. Have good roast beef sandwiches...if you like ketsup or mustard on them yuck! Same with the chicken sandwiches.
