We got our little silkies here over 10 years ago and the first one we got is still alive and super healthy. And he was only 2 days old. All of our other chickens that we got other places lived about half as long. Definitely get your animals here. Hoping to be able to get more soon

Eight years ago, we bought two silkie chickens from Amber Waves for my daughter to take to 4H fairs. Eight years later, my daughter is now in college, and her partridge-colored silkie is still happy and healthy. She even lays eggs quite regularly!

I have purchased a total of 12 pygmy goats from Amber Waves and would get more if I could. The quality of the livestock is the best you will find anywhere and I have been extremely happy with not just their animals but also Debbie's ongoing support and assistance. I have reached out to her several times and she is quick to respond and always interested to know how my "babies" are doing.

Amber Waves in my opinion is the only Pygmy goat breeder you should ever go to. I am a 5 goat repeat customer. The customer service is excellent. When you bring home your precious baby goat there’s no confusion on care. You are given a huge amount of information and care sheets and are reassured of life time care. Over the years I have called Debbie many times regarding goat issues and she has always had my back.

I adopted 5 rooster chicks from them. I arrived and they were ready with the chick’s information. They even gave us a ziplock with starter mash. What a lovely and pleasant surprise. Very nice and professional couple. I highly recommend doing business with them .

deb worked with me when I asked for no live virus vaccines in my unsexed chicks since my flock is clean and you never know what the vaccines have in them these days. Also she and I had issues with the post office and I was able to help her get the form so other people can get refunds if chicks arrive late 3 -4 days in the box is unheard of and the post office is rude these days.
I didnt actually apply for the refund because they needed a copy of the post office receipt but I wasnt worried to much they all made it safe and sound, hoping she can work with them now to get the refunds to people who are getting full sized birds. I also had just one lone roo left before the purchase since a fox took out my flock but now hes raising the chicks they ride around on his back, sit underneath him to keep warm . they all like the heat lamp to. He is so happy to have birds like himself again and not having to run with the polish hens. thanks deb hoping to do more business in the future.

We are so happy with our experience with Debbie and Jim at Amber Waves. We recently brought home our Great Pyrénées puppy and we are all so in love already. She is a happy healthy mellow and sweet little girl we named Teddi. Correspondence with Debbie was so easy and she was happy to answer any questions I had as well as sending extra photos of the pups and their parents. Our puppy came with all her AKC paper work first set of shots and dewormer as well as being microchipped. I would highly recommend Amber Waves.
