I really like the convenience of pay as go Dash Carts. There are traditional cashier registers. The location is good for me since I could stop in on my way home from work. I like that's not crowded. I usually shop Amazon Fresh once a month. It needs better prices to compete with the other grocery stores in the area.

Never been to an Amazon fresh store. Wow very fun and interesting. Didn’t purchase anything but it’s a fascinating store. Prices seemed on par with other grocery stores.

Interesting concept, flawed execution.

I had never seen an in person Amazon, let alone a grocery store so I had to check it out.

Very clean, neat, organized, and well stocked. It has all the typical grocery store amenities. Meat, produce, snacks, household items, ETC.

The alcohol section was small but they ID you as you enter to browse and shop, which WOULD be interesting except they STILL ID you at checkout, so it's a completely redundant waste of time.

While the store itself was nice, the staff were very sparse and just sort of there. I didn't see many employees and they had ONE single register open and I didn't see self checkout. The one staff member I did encounter (cashier) wasn't very friendly.

All in all, glad I checked it out, but I see no point in shopping here over a standard grocery store. A standard grocery store has more inventory and staff, and typically the customer experience is better.

I will drive past all my local grocery stores to come here on a bad day because the staff are always friendly, they pack my groceries WELL every single time- i am talking about perfectly packed like a tetris game, and I'm always in and out!! Love it here...Just wish thr produce was better, fresher, and better deals. Fruit and veggies that are organic are pretty pricey here and usually ugly looking, old or too ripe.

Pretty clean and organized. Like your typical grocery store, there's a wide selection of products. Prices are reasonable. The hot food bar has a small but decent selection of delicious choices. There's a spot in the hot foods section that serves pizza slices, each are reasonably priced and very delicious! Unlike at Whole Foods, the pizza counter is NOT self-service. I'm looking forward to my next visit here!

It's a brick-and-mortar space where the occasional challenge of deciphering sale prices accompanies the excitement of snagging a great deal. Navigating through the store's promotions feels like a real-world treasure hunt, and when you strike a genuine bargain, the satisfaction is gratifying.

Amazon Fresh features cashier-less shopping, Not the type of grocery for people who often change their minds. Everything is tracked and traced... don't pick or touch anything unless you want to be charged. I thought I grabbed an Italian sub... It read Tuna and I put it back and was charged, same result with a tin of Illy coffee. An $18 error btw... Cheese selection a little thin, out of cheddar and Gouda in sale, but splurging would otherwise satisfy most. Good wine, beer and liquor although prices are cheaper at nearby shops. Decent produce, meats and many popular boxed items. Supposedly save 10-20% with a Prime membership on some items but don't see anything reduced on the receipt. I'll probably be back, if ever in the area, just won't make the trek as prices don't equal saving for local shopping trips.
