The zero personality boy that runs the window now did not come to take my payment until my order was ready, making me wait 10 minutes wondering whether I was even getting food. When he does finally begin to motion towards the window he was swinging the food around. I noticed that the container was open so I told the guy that it was open whilst he was swinging it around in the bag. He immediately told me, "Oh, I'll get you another one." This is what I came home to... Where do the taco and enchilada even meet? Why even put it in a new container? All you did was slop it in there. Disappointing and careless.

Moved up here on the mountain and was real skeptical of another “Bertos” restaurant…. Glad I gave it a shot… Omar does a great job running this place!! Employees always in a good mood… Fair price for the amount of food you get… My favorite dishes here are the carne asada fries and the California burrito…. Definitely worth the stop!!!

I eat there frequently however it is extremely common for them to mess up simple orders . Definitely double check before you drive away because more than once I gone the 20 min drive home only to realize something was missing or was completely wrong . When you call and tell them they don’t seem to care much . Today I ordered nacho’s with beef and instead I got fajita mix with beans on chips . Absolutely NOT what wanted . Pretty bummed and it’s too far to go back and get what I actually ordered .

Other than the frequent messed up food it’s a great place to eat

Ordered 4 country burritos with sour cream. We were starving, so we are them...but those were gross.
The potatoes were raw and crunchy... The sour cream we paid extra for was almost non-existent, and the burritos were so loosely wrapped we had to use forks. For $30!! I'd really prefer cooked potatoes.
I'm a regular customer, and usually very happy, but this was bad enough I felt the need to speak up.

We didn't realize all the restaurants close down between 8-8:30, and Aliberto's is open until 10! Super clean inside, nice tables, super friendly service. The food was surprisingly fresh and good. Great price for the food. The salsa is delicious with free chips!!

Today we are out at Alibertos, as it's really one of the only places open on a Sunday in Taylor/Snowflake. The last time we went we ordered take out and the man was quite rude, or atleast not very welcoming... so that wasn't appreciated, but the food was still very good and hot. They gave plenty of napkins and the needed utensils. For the most part they aren't very consistent but good more times than not. This time they of course busy as everything is closed... looked short handed also. Despite being short handed, they were kind and acknowledged us. We knew it would be a wait, which is fine...I know the struggles in fast food. I ordered shrimp tacos and my hubby ordered the two Carne asada burrito plate. When we recirculation our meal... they have me fish tacos instead. I let them know, they fixed it with no complaint and they were delicious! Yummy sauce, fat and juicy shrimp, and tasty rice and beans. We spent 33$...a little pricey, sure... but we will be eating this for dinner also. We shared with our son and even wrapped up the second burrito for my mother in law. LOVE the salsa bar, hot and mild options, limes, ? ? jalapeños(but we LOVE hot lol) with carrots and onions. The service was exceptional this time. Definitions check this place out(:
Oh! And the atmosphere? One of my favorites. We sat and laughed and had a great time.

I simply ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos...even asked the girl if it was 3 bean and cheese burritos in the bag.. get home..2 bean and cheese and 1 meat burro.. we live 12 miles out of town.. not worth going back..... how hard is it!!!!

The food is absolutely fantastic. There's a salsa bar with mild to HOT choices. Chips are complimentary with meal. The dining room is clean and beautifully decorated. Every employee was cordial. Plenty of parking. 10/10
