Love this Albertson its very Clean and Organize.The floor was so shiny. Staff are friendly. Guy on Western Union was very helpful to me. Even the Deli section she came right to me and ask what I needed. This store got everything and have decent price. Ample parking and not too crowded my kind a store.

Here's the revised version without the delivery and compensation part at the end:

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with your store. I placed an online order for pickup (Order #99989633) and, upon returning home, discovered that several refrigerated items were missing from my order.

When I called the store to report the issue, the initial representative who answered the phone did not offer any apology or assistance. Instead, she abruptly instructed me to come back to the store to retrieve the missing items. I expressed my dissatisfaction and suggested that an apology would be appropriate, but she dismissed my concerns and shouted at me before ending the call.

I tried calling again, and the same representative answered. I requested to speak with a manager, but she claimed to be the manager herself, identifying herself as Nina(not sure). She continued to speak to me in a rude and unprofessional manner, telling me not to call the store again and suggesting that I should just return the items. Once again, she ended the call abruptly.

This level of customer service is unacceptable and has left me deeply frustrated. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and respect shown during this interaction is concerning.

If you go into Albertsons I noticed most employees don't want to be there asking for help is very hard if you start with deli that gals is a dusy she looks like she loves her job she is a very not nice person the cashies are about the same prices suck I can't believe people buy very much there over priced that's Albertsons and can't believe the amount of people shop vons winn Co ya great prices
