Alaska flour company cream of barley cereal is absolutely delicious!!!! Thick and hearty with the rich, wonderful flavor of barley. Perfect warming breakfast on a snowy morning anywhere. Homegrown in Alaska!!!!

The Alaska Flour Company makes terrific real-Alaska products. We use them year-round and send them to friends and family every year at Christmas. Our favorites are the black gold brownies for special celebrations, and the Great Alaska pancake & waffle mix for Sunday mornings. [For waffles, we use 2 eggs and a bit less milk, whipping the egg whites separately and folding them in right before cooking.]

They really are great products and make great gifts!

We're big fans of Alaska Flour Company. We've tried many of their products and they don't disappoint! We appreciate such a healthier option than many of the regular flour counterparts. The pancakes are hearty (and have flavor!) You can eat half the amount of Couscous as you would a pasta dish and stay full longer. Our kids favorite are the treats of course -and if I can get my superfood in the form of cookies- yes please.

My husband and son love the brownies and especially the cookies. They are so soft and delicious!!! I love baking banana bread with the barley flour. It turns it into a real healthy breakfast option. And speaking of breakfast, during most of the winter I eat the cream of barley cereal with fruit. So nice to have a hot cereal that is filling and delicious to start the day! Yum yum yum!

I am so proud of this company and the fact that they are true Alaskans taking care of Alaskans! Their products are fantastic! My favorite is the barley cereal. Barley flour makes muffins and biscuits and pancakes and coffee cakes soft and delicious. I use about 1/4 barley to 3/4 white or wheat flour. Wow! Delicious. The brownie mix is absolutely delicious and the chocolate chip cookies are wonderful too. Oh and Cajun couscous is actually spicy and makes a great dinner. Nice people, beautiful farm and great products.

Hey! I LOVE to cook and bake and when it's not a homemade thing it usually doesn't appeal to me...but the wonderful Alaska Flour company products fit the bill! I buy and gift the brownies and cookies mixes often! I haven't tried anything that I didn't like from their products so far! So happy that Alaska has a place to rely on for such goods! Thanks!!
P.S. The tour of the farm is awesome! I recommend it to you all!

This Alaskan enjoys this Alaskan product very much! Been using it as a great Christmas gift to all my friends out of state. The cream of barley has been a staple in my elementary school age child's diet. It's been a great way to start the day, and I feel he has energy for whatever the afternoon holds
