I bought a new scooter and four wheeler for my kids last May and the four wheeler broke down with only 9 hours I figured it out on my own and bought the parts and fixed the problem but it shredded the magneto wires again inside the flywheel cover within less than an hour so I called the office and bill had me call the company he buys them from which is not how that works so I called him back and after giving me the run around for 4 months and not returning my calls or emails he finally offered to exchange me for a new four wheeler after threatening legal action and contacting the owner Jeff I bring the old wheeler to Petersburg and they wouldn't meet me at the dock or help out at all so I finally get a ride to the store and they give me a used wheeler with triple the hours the one I brought had and the seat was all chewed up and I had to pay for all my fuel total rip offs I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them
