This is probably the first time I am ashamed of my ignorance, mistrust and inattention. My husband ordered me flowers for my anniversary, but unfortunately they came later, in spite of the selected date. It upset me because we had to go on a little vacation and they were still delivered at the last minute, but more upsetting was what we saw in the box. To someone as inexperienced as we were, it might have seemed like dead flowers came in.
We started to talk to customer service, who explained to us that the flowers may not arrive on time, that they are not responsible for delivery, and that the flowers need time to wake up. Shrouded in disbelief we asked for a refund on the flowers, they made it to us. And when we came back from vacation we saw the most beautiful and huge peonies I have ever seen, probably only my grandmother grew peonies of this size and beauty. To sum it up, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, especially for a small business, we will definitely order more and hope to see you prosper!

We ordered peonies for our daughters wedding in September 2020. The wedding was in Washington state and the flowers were shipped over night. They were incredible and even prettier than I had hoped for. This company was a pleasure to work with from start end! Outstanding!! ?
