This equipment dealer would be doing much better if they actually had good customer service and put effort in to helping contractors get replacement parts. This lack of customer service has led all the landscapers I know including myself to take our business to Tulare.

If I were there to purchase one of the two machines on the floor, a lawnmower and a handheld blower, maybe I would have been treated differently, as it was I was bothering them, they did not even attempt to hide their impatience. I remember a time when customers were important to a business, and were treated with care. Ok what ever, when you recover I'll be doing business with the big box stores

Took my riding mower in for service and new blades. Carburetor had issues and had to be replaced. Fast friendly service...excellent work. Liked it so much I had them service my wood splitter. Great job!
