Saturday morning I was stuck at a receiver with ZERO contacts for a lumper. The phone number they provided was deactivated, the company line which was called while they were open was infinite-looping, they wouldn't respond to texts or emails.

Currently waiting for almost 2 hours on a lumper!

Did a load with Chris Doane as dispatcher and it was a smooth experience. This load had a lot of things that were switched up and adjusted along the way and Chris & his team handled it great and communicated every detail on time. Would definitely use again!

This is very bad people I pick up on time delivery on time and charge me $150 dollars just because they said can’t talk to me on the phone 3am delivery time so be ready they’ll cut ur rates after u make deal that’s stealing from the caries went you call them to ask why they didn’t pick up the phone be aware of this company that is why they have low credit!!

The Ag Transport Team is the best! Excellent problem solving, above and beyond customer service, and safe, personable drivers. They always keep us updated with pickup and delivery times. This place really cares about everyone they come into contact with, so I’m going to show my care in return with a long review. Buckle up, it’s the law.

Our drivers are exceptional teammates and people of great value. I know them all by their name, I know most of their phone numbers by heart, and I know their strengths and weaknesses. I could talk to each of them for too long haha… part of being a dispatcher is having that relationship with others that grows as time passes. It is of upmost importance that I am on the same page with our drivers, that I know their hours, equipment status, and how they’re feeling. These 3 things are imperative to our success for delivering freight consistently on time.

Sometimes we’re called upon to cover for a teammate. Often what we hope to have written in stone is taken from beneath our feet and the dispatch we have planned for drivers is disturbed like sand being stepped on in water. All our drivers know of this uncomfortable situation and are mentally prepared for when it happens. I applaud all those who have the COURAGE for accepting these changes. I too dislike when these changes need to be made because I know this messes up our teammates when they were already mentally prepared for the prior dispatch and I feel that frustration! We never force anyone to do anything unsafe. We only ask to do what is possible, for drivers to do the best they can and to try. Mental Courage is a requirement to be successful in life*. We Work As A Team For The Team. Persevere Through Hard Work.

Our shop team is a dedicated group of professionals that work around the clock to keep us rolling, keep our trailers clean, and help our teammates and the community on the road by troubleshooting all possible problems with their equipment. With a team like ours, and our work Family that GROWS, only those who share these rare qualities WANT to be here. I had no idea what I was walking into when I got here. I’d been looking for a place to work where, if I cared about my job and those I worked with, that I would feel valued. I did not think that place would be here in Dunkirk NY. Honesty is appreciated, respect is earned, and loyalty is returned.

I enjoy the things we do for our community here. On Halloween for example, this city really lightens up and creativity is explored, people are wowed and it is really exciting. We run fundraisers all year round for the community to improve, to offer some comfort for those going through difficult times. We celebrate each others Birthdays and Work Anniversaries, offer caring messages to one another when we are sick, and have morning meetings. Make A Difference in peoples lives. Everything We Do Is Because We Care.

Furthering our education in emotional intelligence is imperative to our success. Emotional intelligence trains us to understand one another is not just to hear one another, but to listen, to feel, and to think before acting.

Many who do not understand or may be close minded may read this and scoff it off as weakness or cowardliness to have or feel their emotions—where in fact it is strength and courage to learn their understanding and how it affects those we interact with.

I will get stumped from time to time and pull out what little hair I have left, take the metaphorical puzzle completely apart, look at each piece and then try to reassemble it to see if it works. The results are astonishing. Feels like magic. You’ve got to have Faith in your team if you wish to succeed together.
