As a truck driver I have always been pleased with my experience here. Brenda, at the scale is great. Very easy to work with and very friendly. Ray, at the pit, is always friendly as well and easy to talk with. The wait time varies each time I’m there. They have a routine after every truck of cleaning out the auger and dump pit if the next truck is a different commodity. That takes about 15 minutes generally. It takes about 20 ish minutes to unload. I’m here about 2-3 times a week. I always look forward to it.

Great people to work with. They support their community. They support their workers and treat them fairly. They serve Northern Colorado's farmers, producers and ranchers. Agfinity F&G keep their facilities clean and kept. Very organized. Cool place to check out just driving past if you ever visit Eaton.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. I purchased chick feed from them recently and all the poultry I fed it to died within 24 hours. I lost several hundreds of dollars of poultry. I followed up with them to learn the chick feed was inappropriately stored in their warehouse which led to it going bad. They did remove all stock of the bad/contaminated feed after I notified them, but it was too late for my poultry. I decided to give them a second chance, ordered feed again and drove down to get it. The order was never put in, nor could they find the account it was ordered from. I’m sure they serve larger corporations and farmers okay, but for the small ranch, local person they seem to be less than able to provide adequate service. I’ve lost trust in this business. Unfortunately, I will not be back for business.

Organized and people in the office are great. First time there and definitely will return to unload. Got there and in less than 2 hrs I was in-out with papers in hand.

Worst employees, not helpful at all and will leave you on the phone not even on hold while they talk to each other and laugh. They will act like their prices are the krabby patty secret formula and ask why your calling and why you need the prices and then hang up on you without any answer.

I was left out behind the pit with my hopper loaded. Never been here, no idea what to do. Half hour later I had to walk around to find someone to help. She took me to the guy that had walked outside many times, looking at me but never said anything. Newcomers need a little more help than your regulars.

Nice ladies in the office and operating the scale. Beautiful yellow (gold) hair. Maintenance/forklift driver very efficient and careful.
