They don't pay a lumper fee if it is above the initial rate that they put on their RC.
Make sure they pay for this lumper fee, not you. Otherwise, you gonna have difficulty getting it back from them!

EVEN IF THEY SEND YOU A NEW CONFIRMATION WITH THE DETENTION - AFTER YOU FINISH THE LOAD THEY WILL DEDUCT THE DETENTION AND WILL SEND YOU THE OLD CONFIRMATION WITHOUT DETENTION
