We had great food and good service at Ado's for brunch. This place should be added to any list of must try in Boulder.

The Bloody Mary's were delicious. Our group universally loved their meals; plantain breakfast, steak and eggs burrito, pad Thai, avocado toast, egg plant Florentine, and papusas. The avocado toast, burrito, and egg plant were the standouts for our group.

There was no problem with the service, just a little slow, which I'm guessing was a result of us being one of the first tables of the morning.

The girl and I stopped in late Sunday morning for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and has a nice ambience, with tables and booths in one room and a full bar in the other. Our server greeted left an immediate positive impression and continued to provide great service throughout our meal. She ordered some sort of Benedict Salmon Florentine dish that had polenta cakes instead of English muffins and man, the dish was great. She was nice enough to let me have two bites. Lol! I ordered the chicken fried chicken and scrambled eggs, which also comes with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. It sounded a little weird for a breakfast menu, but I figured they put it on there for a reason and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. I’m not kidding when I say that those mashed potatoes are possibly the best I’ve ever had and for breakfast! The eggs were perfectly cooked and the chicken fried chicken cutlet was crispy and light and seasoned so well. Seriously, this was unexpectedly one of the best meals we’ve had in Boulder, including most of the “fancier” places. We are going back this weekend!

Well, I had a reservation for brunch at 11am on a Friday. They're supposed to be open at 8am. They confirmed my reservation via text yesterday. Now, the lights are off, the doors are locked, and there is absolutely no explanation posted in the doors or otherwise, no email for me. I walked through the snow to get here, and now this. If you're reading this, even if you like the food here, say no. Bad ownership.

Phenomenal restaurant! The service was fantastic and the food was even better. We ordered the carbonara and the pistachio crusted salmon and both dishes were beyond our expectations. Amazing food quality and extremely flavorful. We will be back!

I had not been "on the hill" in 7-8 years. It has changed A LOT, but maybe some of it is for the better, INCLUDING ADO's. I was told by some of my friends that Ado's was great. I'm like Ado's... hmmm, never heard of it. We stopped in at around noonish on a Saturday. I had Pad Thai, my girl had the Chicken Parm and my daughter had the Spicy Fat Noodles. The Pad Thai was incredible, I have not had such a good dish in 13 years. I was smiling as I savored the flavor, the 2nd best Pad Thai I have ever had, and I have had many. My girl offered up a taste of the Chicken, just amazing, as well as my daughters noodle dish. If you are in the area and enjoy food cooked with LOVE and to perfection, you must try Ado's. I'm from Cheyenne, Wyoming and would drive down for just the Pad Thai, it was really that good!

Food was great, all 4 people in our party were happy with their entrees and the shared apps. They had good NA drink options and large selection of beer, wine and mixed drinks!
