I've never seen a receiver so unorganized and full of employees that will not come talk to you. And I guess putting up signs directing drivers where to go would just be insane to this place

Avoid this place. This place is a trash full of scammers.
I arrived for my 11 am appointment at 10:51 am at the security gate.I can prove with my ELD. And I was at the shipping office at 11:05 am.
They give me a dock right away and after that they keept me 12 hours untill they loaded me. Every time I was going inside the shipping office to ask why is taking so long they were playing on the phones and telling me that I am next.
Now they don’t want to pay me the detention because they say that I missed my appointment. More than 3 weeks since I am waiting for my detention money.
They disrespect drivers and don’t pay their work time.

Lost my wash ticket then wanted another one. Sitting for hours waiting to load. Now.hopefully I can find a parking spot and not drive anywhere cause its took sooooooo long. Flipping rude female comes out and says I cant stay on scale and for to move. Fine, but don't get all nasty with me. I don't mind moving, please and Thank you work better than your nasty little attitude

All I spoke to was nice but don’t come more than a hr early and u will look out u mirror a long time and see the red light before u see a green u will be tiered and feel like not driving lol

This is the worst shipper that I have ever been to. I have been here for over 3 hrs trying to get loaded. They haven't even touched my truck. This is ridiculous. They were not very friendly at the front gate and were not very friendly at the loading dock. Worst place ever.

It's a shame the gate employees hate their jobs so badly. I felt I was intruding and interrupting their nap. Inbound guard walked out when I was at the window. Outbound guard woke up and checked me in.
