This place is a dump. The supervisor for trucks in bio products is worthless, and the employees loading trucks are even more worthless. Some days you’ll sit all day and not even get a load. Most the times you’ll be lucky to get 1 load in 12 hours

I've only been to this facility four times in my career and this time it was a shame that so many workers were so busy goofing off I don't know what to say I was paying to get a washout of my trailer and so much horse playing was going on to where I was delayed further.

Earlier I was waiting for a manager or supervisor but they were no longer available because most likely they had left for the day when so much time was still on the clock who are watching these people who is giving them advice or direction.

Folks around here don't like truck drivers, funny seeing everything and I mean everything comes from a truck driver. They where rude and those who wasn't just straight ignored me like I wasn't even there about 80%of staff is very unprofessional. There happen to be two gentle men who where very kind and professional one was a fellow trucker, and the other was the operating the "loader" I had to drop my load because they loaded me with to high protein. What should have been an 3 hr tops process took all day. It was all I could do to keep my composer.

Maybe I got lucky but I arrived at 1130am. Had an open appointment. Checked in and docked in right away. Took them an hour to load me. Security was nice and no complaints with shipping office.

Not much signage and its a bear to find the feed and grain entrance if you have not been there. Enter by the transformer station between the tracks. Second lane from the left for feed, I guess? Check in with guard, you need a mask. Stay left all the way around. The loading bay lights up all the commodities it handles. It will show green or red, open closed when ready to load. Climb the stairs, hand in pprwk.

Was there to load this morning, first truck in and still waited 5 hours to pull in to get loaded and should only take maybe an hour or 2, this place is ridiculous and they have no care in the world to gets loads out in a timely matter

Slow with checkin trks in and out
Which causes mad backup
Waited an hr to scale an mty trlr .
But yet got loaded quicker than that.. .
Find a new Security agency with better organization skills

Haul in bulk liquids. If you are too, you want that left lane to hit the scale off CR-1, At times I get sent to the wrong entrance. Can be difficult to find the right building within the plant. Once at the right building, have to just sit and wait until someone walks out to get you. They unload you in the building. The guard shack monitors C.B. channel 3
