This is the worst management company. Call them for anything and they have an excuse for everything. So tired of throwing my money away. Please new associations looking for a management company pay more to get good results. These people suck.

Don't hire this company for managing your community. They push everything to resident's side which turns out heavy burdens for the residents. Everyone knows that people are suffering by high inflation these days. They do not care. They just push like crazy under a name of beautifications or improvement projects. They must have a bad culture in this company. They get narrow sited and just are unable to take a balanced approach. Hopefully our community will terminate them. They will keep losing jobs and eventually stop existing soon.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Katie T. at this company was rude to me from day 1. She wouldn't help me gain roof access to get my AC fixed but was quick to let me know my neighbor was going to file a lawsuit if I didn't get it fixed. She refused to send me my HOA papers, failed to let me know my payments were late when I had called her, instead she sent me an invoice and waited for me to ask what the invoice was for. It took her a month to give me access to the HOA portal so my payments wouldn't be late LOL what a scam of a company and beyond poor management. Its ok, I filed a complaint with the State. Hopefully they will do something about this horrible place.

AMG Management is just a clever disguise for a place to throw your money away. They do a lousy job with keeping up the property when it snows, they don't do anything when putting in a work order request, (I asked for the lightbulb to be replaced in the parking area 9 months ago; still not done.) But here's the real issue I had. They decided to change their payment processor and no longer took payments online without fees. It forced me to mail in my dues. I sent the check to the address on their bill in plenty of time to be within the grace period. They didn't receive it on time and charged me late fees. They rudely said that was a billing processing center for the whole country and I should have sent the check to the local office. When I asked them to waive the fees since this is the first time I was ever late and seeing how it was their fault by sending the bill with a Las Vegas mailing address on it, I was told they don't have the authority. (Nonsense! I used to work in collections. I know how it works.) I was stuck paying an additional $40 in fees. I need to get on the board of the association so we can vote this company out of our association.

The worst management team ever! The board needs to fire all of them and get a better company that actually cares more than what USA flags you are flying! I also question where all the money is being spent. These people are on a power trip!

I never write reviews on anything, but I'm so upset and shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by this "company." It's all a complete sham and money grab
To be frank, Bill, the CEO seems to be completely and utterly incompetent at his job. They're lining their pockets while customers are crumbling and getting treated like second class citizens. It's beyond horrible.
Giving one star is one too many.
