This is the greatest trash company. The last company I had did not pick my trash up consistently. If there was a vehicle parked even close to the dumpster, they wouldn't dump it. They didn't dump it once because it was too full. Last week my son had been working on my truck and it was parked in front of the dumpster. The driver started to get out of the truck to knock on the door so I could move the truck. I seen them coming and told them we would be out to move the truck. They waited. Today, they came down the drive. The poor guy on the back of the truck had to be freezing. He was there anyway! We need more companies like this that go above and beyond!

I’m giving 3 stars because this company has been good at times but has also provided bad service other times.

First, it took 3 weeks for me to get our trash can when I first signed up for service. They came out and grabbed the bags I would place on the ground while I waited for my can. The issue here is that I had to store the bags in my home so that animals didn’t get into through the week while I waited for the service day.

Once the service was started I didn’t have many problems. Due to pregnancy complications I was placed on bedrest with weight restrictions, and during this time I was not able to drag my bin to the end of my drive. The service man was kind enough to still get my bin for me, rarely skipping my stop during this time.

The customer service rep also did a great job when I would call her. She would answer the phone promptly and was always professional and polite.

The problem came after Halloween. At this time my infant was 3 months and doubled the amount of trash my household produced. This is when my house began getting skipped. When I was on bedrest I excused this due to not being able to put my trash at the end of the drive, but during this time there was no excuse.

I was becoming agitated at the quality of service (or lack there of) due to being skipped. I was skipped again the Tuesday before Christmas, which irritated me because I was having company over for the holiday. I called and was told they hired a new person and they would get my trash by Friday. They never came, and I canceled my service.

Now, my rented trash can is still at my house and still full of the trash that they had failed to pick up the week of Christmas.

I currently have A Team Disposal and I think they're great! They come on time and don't ever skip or throw my garbage can on the ground. They were quick and responsive when we moved in to our house to get us a garbage can. I've witnessed the driver empty my neighbors multiple garbage cans as well as the garbage on the ground (not in bags) around said multiple garbage cans. They should get a raise for that alone! Great price, great service. Would recommend to anyone!

We use them for our residential trash service and I could not be happier. Always friendly to speak with over the phone. Always answers my questions. Great local business to support. We only have 2 options for service out in our rural area and while they do have the better price, they also have great customer service. Our other option is area. The price difference is that of a dollar, but A-Team delivers better service overall!

I had Area Disposal for years. I was constantly told they didn't dump my dumpster because they couldn't get down my drive, my dumpster was too full and a million other reasons. I wouldn't even know what was wrong unless I called them. Then there was an excuse. I have a long drive and I know they didn't even come to my house! I didn't realize there was another company here. But, I found A Team Disposal. They have dumped my trash every week with no problem. I even went out and told them if there was an issue let me know. I would take care of it. The drivers told me they have a horn and would honk if there was a problem! They are a great company and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I switched over to A-Team Disposal from Area Waste. I had repeat problems with Area picking up my trash cans. On some occasions I actually watched Area Waste skip my street. When I called and complained, I was told that the drivers said my cans were not accessible. I always place my cans out the night before and they can be seen three blocks away from the square!

I have had NO problems since switching to A Team Disposal. Not only are they dependable and pick up my trash each week, but I have been awake early when they arrive and have witnessed them place my can gently where it was found. I also like that they post relevant updates on their Facebook page.

If you have recently moved to the area or are looking at other options for your trash removal, I would stop here and invest your business in A Team. Like me, you will be grateful that you did.
