They are nice people fast unloading..but this place is not for semi truck 53 + feets ..are cars on left and right on street.,super busy area

I’m disappointed I traveled from Atlanta to get some Italian beef meat. Just to bring it home to find out it’s spoiled. Had the house smelling like chitterlings. 40 dollars wasted I will never buy from them again. 1st experience and last one.

I'm a Semi Truck Driver, go to address notice State street runs south to north and is a one way, go to traffic lights 69th st do a wide button hook Wide Turn right watch out to run over pedestrians feet standing over the corner looking at the phones with head sets on, they will not hear a beep you have to blow your truck horn. Go to next street Wabash it's a smaller street do a wider button hook right turn, it's a skinny street only your truck will fit and cars parked both sides all over, next your coming from a tighter smaller street to a even smaller street to turn right on, yes it's tight! Go passed one apartment building on your right you will see an ally and some doors, they unload you from the street line up parallel to the doors edit review because good unloading team and friendly

TD/Carrier INFO: This is NOT a DC. More like a wholesale place. When you arrive here you will see the building on the right however, you will have to drive a few blocks to get to the back of the building. This is the city people!!!!! Make sure you have your load protected if you arrive before opening lock your trailer! I didn't have any problems with this place/people. They knocked on my door, I removed the lock, and they uploaded me via forklift. Fast unload and nice people couldn't ask for more!

June 1st 2023 at 4:06 p.m. I went into the store and purchased several items one of which included a large bag of ice.

I asked for help with my products to my vehicle for both hands were filled.

After waiting several minutes I concluded that no one ever intended to bring my ice to my vehicle.

I returned to the store and asked about my ice and they inform me that my ice was in the ice cooler and basically for me to take it out and take it to the car myself.

I then asked them why did they tell me that they were going to bring the ice to the car in the first place.

Then one of the guy indicated that they were all busy, which again seem to be something that was untruthful because I seen several people standing around doing much of nothing.

I have been living in the neighborhood for 20 years and have been a customer at that store for just as long.

After this insulting encounter, this was my last visit.

I will take my money where it and I are appreciated.

A complaint to the better Business bureau is my next action of choice!
