They are super strict about time frames so you don't want to show up too early. There's no parking in the area either. They lost one star because it took about 45 minutes just to get off the street out of the truck line. They lost another star because they didn't tell me to put my paperwork in the trailer before I backed up. I tried to bring it inside to a door that says receiving but it isn't receiving. They really should have lost a third star because there's nobody to communicate with about time frames but because they got me out of there in about 2 and 1/2 hours which is fairly normal I'm going to leave that star with them. Not terrible for backing.

Pulled in here thinking I’d be loaded and rolling within an hour—boy, was I wrong. This place is less of a loading dock and more of a retirement community for truckers. Thirty years later, I’m still ‘waiting to get loaded,’ but hey, I’ve made a whole life here. Converted my rig into a cozy little cabin on blocks, planted a garden on the hood of my old Pete , and even started a social club with the other drivers stuck here. We’ve got Bingo on Tuesdays and shuffleboard near dock 37.

Got married to a nice lady from the front office a few decades back; we raised a couple of cats and grew old together right here in the yard. She passed a few years back, bless her heart, but I still visit her ‘grave’ by the break room daily. They keep saying my load’s ‘almost ready,’ but I’m half-expecting to celebrate my 100th birthday here before I see a single pallet.

If you’re looking for the ultimate trucker retirement community with decades-long waiting times, pull right in! Just don’t expect to leave anytime this century.

Just remember: once you check in here, don’t bother asking about your load—it’s easier to get Social Security than a single pallet out of this place. Here’s hoping they remember me in the history books as the guy who came for a load and stayed for a lifetime!

Don’t come early they only go by APPOINTMENTS ONLY MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 2100 got here bout
1345 was turned around and was told to come back by 1945 you will be turn around you can park along side the curb if you like there plenty of room to maneuver around….NO OVERNITE PARKING NO ON SITE PARKING…..you can also park an in alley up the street before you get to the red light going back out and there is a store like 4.5 miles away the check in progressing wasn’t bad very nice guard 2147 I was finished

First time here and everyone isn’t happy with themselves. Pulled up early to park no parking on road but we all do it no one wants to deal with traffic.
Got woken up by security guard at check in told me if I didn’t park somewhere else they were gonna cancel my appointment, didn’t want to argue so I left down the street has enough room to park marked on map.
(They allow 10 min before appointment time) got a door backed in light changed red some time later turned green so I shut my reefer off pulled forward to only see that I’m loaded still guy comes running out mad and I tell him light is green dude chill out not my fault we have those indicators for a reason
Ultimately appointment at 10am was gone by 12 2hrs very typical

Lady in the office very rude. Don’t show up 15 minutes before your appointment. They don’t respect truckers and their time. Never coming back here. Please avoid.

Worst check-in Process. Trucks were parked both sides of the street. First timer must be confused whether they are waiting in line or parked. At my time, a rude guy was in guard shack,He took 15-20 minutes each truck to get in but unloading was quick. Within as hour I was out.

So I picked up here on 27AUG2024 0500CST, 0300PST. My appointment time was @ 1000 PST. so had to go park down the street in the alleyway, came back @ 0950 PST. Got a door @ 1330 CST 1130 PST.
Finally got loaded @ 1910 CST 1510 PST.
NO CUMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!!!!!
Only people you talk to is security. And they don't know much at all.
What temperature do I need to be at?
They'll come out and tell you. Is what security told me.
Nobody told me nothing.
Security is great, please don't get me wrong or misunderstand me.
The problem is the people inside, that is where the issues are at.

the security guard on the street is a good man. the girl in the shack is just awful, she works at the wrong job. reception only by appointment, arrived at 14:00, meeting at 15:00, gave the door at 14:50 left at 15:45 3 stars because the workers in the shack are just are working poorly
