Love the sweet and spicy salad mix! It’s a delightful combination of greens and herbs. Doesn’t even need dressing when paired with 6 minute eggs. I love that we can pick it up at the North Coast Coop. It’s so great to have easy access to delicious local food!

Here's a source for local fresh high quality organic produce! I found it, conveniently & attractively packaged, at Co-op, Eureka. I hope it's sold elsewhere as well. What a treat it is to have arugula (my favorite) and mixed baby kales/lettuces in the middle of winter. Fabulous!
