⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yesterday my husband and I flew on Southwest and had your Maui monk pretzels for our first time. I read your story on the back of the package before tasting my first one. I said to my husband, “Wow! They started in 2019! How did they get onto Southwest in only five years” My husband, who had already eaten half his bag by this point said, “Taste one, then you’ll know how.” My first taste of your pretzels was electric. I haven’t tasted such a good first impression in years!! I immediately asked the flight stewardess for an extra snack bag to share with my mom when we landed and she brought me 3! 🙂 When I shared the pretzels with my mom that night, she read the back first (of course) and LOVED that it was a mother-daughter duo who started this. The moment she tasted her first pretzel her eyes popped and said almost word for word what I had said about the FUN delicious taste. Anyways, I just wanted to tell you both how much we enjoyed your product! Truly made our day yesterday (and I’m not just saying that). With gratitude. - Destiny and Patrice

I deliciously like the Stellar Pretzel braid snacks. I work for United Airlines and we have these on the planes. I eat them quite often with hot tea or coffee. Love the buttery taste.

The product is good. However the customer service is atrocious! Beware if you contact them about anything! Super rude and practically zero help. I was eager to purchase this product after have sampled it on a flight I was on a couple of weeks ago. After having gone to Whole Foods to try and find a big bag, which they didn't have, i resorted to calling the company to ask them what retail outlets might stock their product. Instead of being met on the phone with pleasantness that a customer reached out to find out more about their product and wanting to buy more. I was met with somebody that was very rude and curt. And not wanting to be overly helpful. I i'm in the same position, these people are in. I have a small product that I sell online, an invery few retail outlets. When I receive a phone call of somebody inquiring about the product, I bend over backwards to provide excellent customer support. These people obviously know nothing about that. Again beware!

I had the Maui Monk flavor on a Southwest flight and a LOT of us requested a second helping because these pretzels are sooo delicious! BTW, I am NOT a pretzel lover, but I loooove these!

I can’t believe how great of a company this is, amazing support and super thoughtful love everything about them, and that’s before I tasted the pretzels! I asked for a small sample of there flavors to help decide what one I would enjoy more before my purchase as they really only sell in bulk, and this company was absolute legends, they sent me a pack of every flavor to try! Absolute amazing customer service I will 1000% buy from them in the future! I hope soon I can walk into a Walmart and buy a bag off the shelf instead of bull buy but I will buy either way, you have secured me as a customer!!

These are not your ordinary pretzels, their flavor is out of this world and great ingredients. Only complaint is hard to find. Introduced to them as a snack on Alaska Air, cant get enough now!
