Came across their eatery at Little Rock AFB (food court), from what I heard they opened today. I ended up ordering the Pabellón Criollo and chose the beef, did not disappoint. I appreciated that the rice and beans were not drenched in oil and cooked adequately, almost homemade taste to it, the beef was delicious and wasn’t dry. The plantains were OK and the egg definitely added to the dish and wasn’t dry either. The reason for the one star off was for going a little over board with their salt, I don’t recall if the rice or beans had too much of it. Overall I’d give this place 2 thumbs up , the plates they provide are sufficiently filling, I ordered their empanadas and they were satisfying, especially the ground beef, crispy but not hard and the meat inside was flavorful, I will be back soon to try the Arepas! Glad to see the food court diversifying their choices for all members and family’s.
