I advise any driver to not come to this place first problem they unloaded my truck for 5 hours. Also, I had a problem my truck leaked about 1 liter and half of coolant. A white guy passed by and an oversized black woman. They came a told me in a very disrespectful way that they won’t hand me the papers till I clean the ground. I advise anyone that has a leaking truck to not go here because people here are disrespectful and rude. I think this company should first go out and clean the trash surrounding the building before anyone comes and opens their mouth.

My experience making delivery at this Little Rock, AR Sysco facility.
Appt Time: 7:00am
Arrived at.: 6:30am
Gave my bols at the guard shack and was asked for trailer number.
Was then told to park on the right side as soon as you pass security and call the number they provided.
I did that and was given door 26 and instructions to slide tandems, chock wheels and wait in the truck for someone to come get paperwork. However, if you have a metal seal you'd need to go to the recieving office and kindly ask for a bolt cutter.
Soon after, someone came for the BOL's and at 7:30am, I was empty just waiting for lumper fees to be cleared so I could take off.
Overall, I had great experience from the gate personnel to recieving office ladies and gentlemen.
Sometimes we have to be nice to recieve positive energy back.

Get know I have another stop on this run. They still haven't gotten thirty stuff off. Trailer is supposed to be at -10f. It few now at 23.5f WITH the unit running.

Don't come here if you have another stop.

Only good points are that the last in the guard shall is really nice, and the lady for Capstone at least called to try to get the dock workers in gear.

Nice and friendly people after security check up park your truck in parking space and call, they will check in and give you door and take paperwork from truck. After empty give you paperwork in truck.they took 2 hrs to unload my partial load.

First one in dock in the morning but other trucks were unloaded before me. Took an hour for them to come get my paperwork. I was there almost 10 hours. If they provided overnight parking then it wouldn't be so bad, but they don't. Entire day ruined. That's OK because it's not like we give our lives up to be truck drivers. Wait, yes we do. We deserve better than this. Please don't leave a generic response.

4 hours unloading. Lost my next pick up. Therefore I lost my money. They also have lumper fee and they don’t even ask to do it in advance. I am pissed.
