Swamp Mama's beef jerky is the best jerky that I have eaten. It is tender jerky with a robust texture and a savory light hickory flavor. Its consistency is a satisfying chew, like a tender cut of beef. This beef jerky is quality beef; it eats like jerky ought to; and Swamp Mama cooks with flavor!! (I enjoy the spicy hot style, which has heat level that I would rate at 7/10.) Swamp Mama's is the best beef jerky around, from any source. (And they have low prices on their knives.)

Great jerky, but definitely needs some sort of update on the hours or a more concrete definition of the difference between what they call “winter” and “summer. Currently May 23rd, most schools are out and they’re still using the “winter hours” which were not the ones used by either Google or Apple Maps.
