Truck entrance from N Floyed St. Checked in at 8am for 8am pickup, was loaded and on my way by 11:30am. Must have pickup number & scale in empty. Security gate lady & shipper clerk lady in building 15 were nice.

Avoid at all cost they are very strict when it comes to trailer inspection and if you don't see a problem with your trailer they will find one and it doesn't matter even though you're trailer is spick and span on the inside

Garbage shipper they will kill your time, and they will call you after 7 hours waiting to let you know to reschedule. I will never ever go back they full of it

Checked in at 10:30 am ( make sure you got your load # ) after passing security I got on the scale to weigh me empty , the building I was assigned the staff is super nice and gave me time to sweep my dry van if I needed to . Keep in mind dry van must be free from odor to load here . 11:45 am ready to go .

Arrived here at approximately 1:15pm and it is currently 6:15pm and I am still waiting to get loaded for delivery in Boston. There are no restrooms only 1 portapotty. Which is disgusting by the way. No sense of urgency from employees lack of consideration for us truck drivers who once we get loaded we must drive long hours to reach our destination. Very inhumane treatment by all Riceland employees.

They don't do work-ins! If your late over 20 min, you will be loaded next day. If your late on Friday, you will only be loaded Monday...

Don’t forget to wash your trailer before coming here… they need super clean trailer without any holes in it… nd also get ready for long waiting time for pickups here
