I’m a new resident in Tyler and I went to this nearby nursery for advice on an existing beautiful Red Bud tree in my garden. The owner was happy to give me thorough advice on its care and maintenance. I was very impressed and will return to purchase their bushes/trees to replenish my yard! Went this morning to purchase plants. We were early and the sign at the road said Sunday Closed. Ask employee if open and they said yes, employee brought us a cart and we shopped and filled up the cart with plants, also picked out a hanger and took it to counter and ask if we could leave it while shopping. Elizabeth said we could leave at counter. No one said that they were closed, even Elizabeth when we took the hanger to the counter did not say anything. We finished shopping and returned to counter around 8:30 or so. Elizabeth was moving carts and just left us standing there at counter for several minutes until finally we said we were ready to check out. She then told us she couldn’t check us out and wouldn’t check us out. It’s not much, a few hundred dollars but refusing to allow a customer to pay for merchandise is not good at all. She then began to say that it wouldn’t be til 9:00. We discussed that why didn’t she say something earlier when we were at the counter and shopping. She was very rude and once I spoke with her manager Brandon over the phone, she stated that we had told her to F off when we left to purchase somewhere else. Elizabeth is a flat out LIAR, that was never said, only thing said was we would go elsewhere to buy the plants, that they weren’t the only people in town to buy plants from. Did speak to the owner, Doug, very understanding and did listen. To say least, will not be going back there with that kinda customer service. Elizabeth was not customer friendly and needs training for sure.

They have a very diverse and expansive assortment of plants! They were willing to help point out any plants I was interested in and make recommendations. Their prices were a bit higher than I would have liked but they weren't unreasonable.
