Do not use the vending machine in the BTC bus terminal downtown! I used my card to purchase a Coke from their vending machine for $1.50. Then 24 hours later I received a text saying the transaction had been "updated" to $3.50! What a scam these people are pulling.

rip off! charged my card $5.00 for a rock start. when I swiped my card the machine said $3.50 which is already a ridiculous price. school need to have their own vending machines at this point!

Great vending machines. Good selections and always seem to be in stock. Had an issue once with an apple pay but called the number and it was resolved and refunded quickly. Customer service was spot on.

Machine stole my $5.00 called to report it. Lady said it can be loaded to my paypal account waited no money. I called back and she said it could take 48 hours also noted expired snacks from February and today is March 29, 2018. Big rip off. I just wanted the company to be aware. These snacks are not cheap. I am sure they can hire help. Update. I did get my refund via paypal. Thank you. This company does keep its word.

Wouldn’t bother with this company. Work at the airport and have tons of these machines and they never seem to actually stock them. It’s been two weeks now and the machines are still empty. What the hell is the point? They only seem to care to restock the machines once someone calls and complains. If looking into getting machines look somewhere else.

Update....soda machine has been empty for weeks. Snack machine is nearly empty. Mostly things we don't want. 150 people work out of this location...

Soda machine always empty. We call for service and they ignore us. Find a better company - this one clearly doesn't care.
