Absolutely world class cheese - a number of mild, smoked and blue - created right here in Schertz area!! Even give cheesemaking classes. Cheeses sold at creamery as well as Central Market, Whole Foods and cheese mongers such as Otto’s Cheese Shop in New Braunfels. They also ship!

This is fairly new but they have the most wonderful cheeses. They also have farm raised pork and goat ice cteam. They also give tours of the dairy which is lots of fun. Great to see the baby goats in the Spring. This is a family run business. They are a wonderful hardworking family. Go out and see the goats and get some yummy cheve cheese. My favorite is the Allepo Pepper

Got their pimento cheese at the Fayetteville farmers market and it’s delicious! I took a pic of it after I ate half of it lol. I can’t wait to go back to try their mozzarella or the other array of cheeses!!
