I'm only leaving a star because unfortunately I have to! This place is an organization that is funded for families who are in need of help! Therefore you should make sure all areas including this one in macomb IL have employees who have that understanding and treat that with compassion to the ones who give them a job to begin with! And understand that parents with children will come into this building. With saying that anyone in their right mind knows, not all children are able to sit still and be quite! Esp a two year old at that. So when you ask them to sit wait for an interview and have them sit in a room have them close the door, yet another employee comes up tells them they cant have door closed explained trying to keep the two year old in here, the door gets opened... wait thats not it, gets told to keep the two year old quite. Because they are having interviews in the next room. Completely disgusting whoever they had in the office today needs to do better! You have no idea why someone is there asking for help and it's not your place to judge or be disrespectful do your job with some heart or find another job, because without them you wouldn't even have a job. Read into why your job is even a job to begin with.

These people are awesome and sincerely care about you and your family. They work hard and are sometimes overwhelmed (does too high of a work load sound familiar to you?), but they trod on after you leave or call will take of you. Don't fret.

Maybe yall should start answering your phone and respond to a request for call backs, would be great if I could get answeres instead of having to make my care taker dress me and escort me, one of whom yall dont pay for hours he works because yalls rehabilitation section "cut" back hrs on
