Great Amscot in fact one of the best I ever been to. Even though my last visit wasn't as good as it usually was so I'll give a 4 stars. Service is always great but last time I came, the Employee Emily felt a little short with me like she was mad about something and took it out on me. Oh well again 9 out 10 times service is usually friendly and kind so 4 stars.

Rolando gave me the best customer service he was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. I felt valued and supported the entire time—highly recommend asking for him One of the things that really stood out is that Rolando speaks Spanish as well. If you feel more comfortable communicating in Spanish, he is more than happy to assist you that way. This makes the experience even smoother and shows how much he cares about making every customer feel understood and supported.

Louella was helpful but blunt. Not much personality. She would be beautiful if she smiled a but more. 🙂 she was very helpful, got the job done but was very serious and didnt seem happy with her job. Bobby also helped me. He was pleasant. I came here as a last resort due to weekend. Every employee was very serious and seemed to not be happy.
