Nice folks in the office were able to answer all our questions about the zero turn mowers for Kubota and Ariel’s. We are able to walk around the lot to see the different models. We didn’t end up purchasing any but overall had a pleasant experience.

Beware of Bacon Universal! They took nearly 3.5 weeks just to provide an estimate for repairs, which should have been a simple task. When I asked to expedite the process on my end, they insisted I pay for expedited shipping, showing their only concern for my time is when they can squeeze extra money out of me. Their consistent "system malfunctions" and poor communication make dealing with them a frustrating experience. If you need your equipment repaired in a reasonable amount of time, avoid this dealership at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more customer-focused service provider.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A lot of farm tractors sold out of this location due to the great financing options. Also for sale and rent are mini to huge construction equipment like Komatsu. Service dept repairs all they brands they offer and then some.

Great place with friendly atmosphere. Kenton ( I think it's how you spell his name) remembers me by name even though I've only been in a few times, wearing a mask no less. We had a slight mixup with some seals that came from the factory in the wrong package but they were helpful and we got it right. Also kudos to any company on big island that opens at 730. Farm life starts early
