Starting services with this company was easy, delivery on time every month but when it came time to end services this place is shady. I called to cancel, and was told to put everything outside for pick up. Told the lady I wasn't comfortable leaving the cooler out so she said she would have someone call to pick up later. I was told I would not be charged for that month. Sure enough I was charged and no one bothered to call about pick up so I contacted them again, two wks later. This time I was told to wait until next delivery date and driver would get everything. When I called the third time I asked when I would get a refund she said I received 3 bottles for October, which I did not. I was told they delivered 3 bottles on October 9th when my regular delivery wasn't even scheduled until October 16th. So wrong date and I never received any bottles on my regular scheduled date either, because I didn't leave anything out per their directors to wait for a call to schedule pick up. I've been charged for products and services not received and can't get them to pick up items so I guess they can continue to charge me for services I'm not receiving. Not happy, and watch your bank accounts for withdrawals after they cancel your account and don't pick up products. Apparently the driver recorded deviled to my house for 3 bottles I didn't get on a day that wasn't even my day to receive bottles. Looks like to me they are trying to get as much money as they can and not honest. Very upset I was called a lair. "Let me check with the driver". Go ahead, he's the one recorded delivery when it didn't happen. I have no reason to lie about 3 bottles of water when I don't want your business anymore, when I already canceled!!! Very unhappy with dishonest business practices.

Dishonest thieves! They charge you for items you don't receive and do not give bottle deposit refunds as promised. Very unprofessional and poorly managed company. They never answer the phones and they do not return messages. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR SCAMS!!!

Delivered a load of bottled water. People are friendly that work there and fast unloading time. They also have a dirt lot next door for parking.
