First, Scott Doyle's energy and attitude are contagious. He never took his eye off the ball when determining what my need was and what piece of equipment would not only do the job but also fall within my price range.
I ran into an issue doing some of my own maintenance on my new Tractor. I went into the dealership, was treated with respect, and was given answers, and then, still unresolved, they sent a tech out to assist me. His attitude was not condescending but helpful and patient. My next issue arose with a no-start. They worked me into the schedule and arrived right on time and with a quick repair. My experience with this whole operation in Waupaca has been fabulous. In a time when customer service is not at the forefront of our society, Swiderski in Waupaca has renewed my faith that customers matter.

I bought brand new ck3510se In March of 2021. I have to say very disappointed with you on set up. Not greased and had a 3rd function added that i paid extra $1500 for after few hrs of using bracket fell off bolts where not tighten will never bye again from you. I'm thinking being hrs away they figured it doesnt matter on there service. Not a good way of doing business Should of went local for few hundred dollars saved.Sorry on delay of review but i had to say something I don't do reviews very often.

The parts Department is knowledgeable and experienced they are kind people. Although the parts are extremely expensive. In fact the parts are so expensive you would think they could at least Deliver. Farming has got to be one of the most backwards business's to operate we sell our products whole sale and are forced to purchase everything at the highest retail price. No wonder farmers are making 40 percent of our income from milking taxpayers for subsidies instead of cows for profit! The Irony of all this Farmers are the First to complain about people who collect welfare, and dont want to work. Or people who collect unemployment benefits and are not diligently seeking employment on Dairy farms, and then expect to be paid overtime when they return to their regular employment. FARMERS DONT THINK OVERTIME pay is good for the economy. That is why they refuse to pay overtime or offer benefits like health insurance or 401k.
Swidersrki has monopolized the market and eliminated the competition. The sales Staff is courteous. The service department has technicians who enjoy what they do and invest most of their earnings in their own arsenal of personal Snap On Tools. So they can work efficiently for the farmers who rely on their dealer only technical skills. I AM EXTREMELY PROUD OF TOM AND ALEX, THEY PURCHASED A STATE OF THE ART SERVICE TRUCK FOR THEIR TOP TECHNICIAN TO RESPOND RAPIDLY TO SERVICE CALLS 24/7! The Manager Tom is energetic and manages with authority and subordination. He pushes his employees hard and gets the most he can out of them just like Dairymen push their cows and employees to always make the maximum profit. The Technicians work a lot of overtime to keep farmers equipment running. They know how to operate the computer software which is now required to repair any piece of equipment with on board electronic software. The technical side of the farm equipment requires constant education and updates of technicians and software respectively. No farmer can access dealer only software technology without calling Swidersrki for a service call.

They sell tractors... That's about it. Their labor rate is 189 an hour... Unless I was desperate I would avoid shopping here. I've had multiple negative experiences at this business. I do not recommend this business.

I am less than impressed with the service department. I took in my side by side for service. When I dropped it off I asked for them to call me with an estimate. Two weeks later I got a message from Rocky letting me know the unit was repaired and giving me a total. I called him back an got his voice mail and left a message. He did not call me back. When I picked up my unit I found they replaced the water pump, the original problem. They changed the oil, which I asked for. They also replaced the air and fuel filters which I just replaced. They both had less than 10 hours on them. To add insult to injury the invoice I was given states in two places to give me a call before fixing the unit.
