Took my son out for a steak dinner after a day of playing baseball. Our server was pleasant and the food was tasty! Felt like a good value for a nice (teen) dinner.

The manager Shay was rude along with some of the other staff at the front door. It was my nephew’s 13 birthday and reservation was made in advance. They sat us at a small table. She told us we can use a booth and another table. We wanted to be seated as a family. When the waitress came we told her what the problem was she was just as nasty saying they couldn’t Jin the tables together.
I got up and went to the Shay and when she saw me approach her whole demeanor changed I told her to calm down I only wanted to ask a question. I then asked her how long would the wait be so we can get a bigger table she said I’m getting this one for you. I appreciated that.
We were wondering if they had that table why not give it to us in the first place for 7 people. While there she interacted with mostly all the other guests and did not pay our table any attention. Isabella our waitress was very good and attentive. I frequent this place a lot in the daytime and never got such a bad attitude. I will be trying the one in Garner going forward. You can’t take my money and treat me any kind of way.

My husband and I went for dinner and had Isabelle as our waitress. In the many many years of going out to eat we have never enjoyed service as much as we did with Isabelle. So outgoing and friendly and had us laughing the entire time. Not to mention the fastest service. Everything was incredible but we had to praise our server, absolute best we have ever had.

My husband and I went out for dinner today. The service was great, but my husband noticed something was wrong with his T-Bone. We believed the smell was coming from the sides, but as soon as I tried I noticed something was not right. We didn’t get charged for the plate, but as soon as we left we started to feel sickand my husband threw up.

Never had that experience before with steak!

Outstanding!!! We went here on Nov 21, 2023 during off hours and were a bit nervous the food would not be as fresh. Well, we were proved very wrong.
The food was VERY FRESH and tasty.
The steaks were cooked to perfection we ordered the renegade sirloin with Parmesan crust and the Long Horn porter house. We left feeling so satisfied not only with our food but wonderful service.
Of course the first moment we were back in town from traveling we went right back.
This time I got the asparagus as my side and they were cooked to perfection and the sweet potato was very tender and cooked all the way through. Unfortunately I asked for my renegade steak steak medium and it was more like medium well done but the flavor was so good I kept it. My husband got the Long Horn Porter House medium and it was cooked perfectly, the rice pilaf unfortunately was not cooked all the way but the waiter switched it for perfectly cooked and seasoned fries. We had the Wild West shrimp with pepper on the side in case it was spicy but it was not and they were incredibly delicious they were clearly cooked when ordered and brought out super fresh.
After the second visit I became a member of their eclub emails to not miss anything new. Just got my free appetizer offer this week.
Seriously try this place is totally worth it!

We had dinner here the other night and had a great experience. Our waitress, Moreen, was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. The food came out quickly and exactly as we ordered it. We’ll definitely be back for another visit!

Hunter was our amazing server tonight! Very attentive, ran everything smoothly with a kind and cheerful spirit. I don’t know how long he’s been serving but he was rockin!
The hottest tonight on the other hand could have used a more welcoming attitude 100%. She felt very cold to walk up too and ask for seating.

Everything was delicious! The service was great. We did have a wait a little but we had a party of 9 so it’s to be expected!
