Came here for the first time and was very happy with the people as well as the facilities. There's a big sign on the front of the building with a number to call for shipping and receiving. You call that and they'll tell you which of the 3 buildings on-site that you need to go to. Once your backed into a dock you let them know either by calling the contact number on the building or by ringing the door buzzer. Then you wait while they load or unload you. This whole process took less then an hour and I was on my way to the local CAT scale. Normally when I have to scale I'll need to readjust my axles 3 or 4 times to get legal, but with the way they loaded me I was good to go after a single adjustment. I misjudged the weight on the nose of my trailer so I slid my axles too far forward and had to slide them back 1 hole.
