It has been a while since I was in this store. Yesterday evening around 8pm. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The store appeared to be stocked very well with lots of products. The soda machine area had, however, been hit pretty hard. There were several baseball and softball games going at this time, so they had a lot of customer traffic before I arrived. The parking lot was clean, and so we're the restroom.

The customer service is incredible here, they go above and beyond. I've driven cross country twice this year already and this is the best gas station I've stopped at. Highly recommend the food too, super tasty. The doughnuts are to die for.

Horrible customer service. Ordered food online and went to pick up and they hadn't even started our order and they wasn't busy. It was a SUNDAY! Bread for the subs have not been proofed enough. It's very flat! Lids off the coffee's and them ALL blinking! Store was dirty! They ran out of gas and customers had to leave while we was waiting for our food. In
all my 6+ years of working for a Casey's our store NEVER had this many issues or was this dirty. I've never seen the stores in Higginsville or at the junction ran so bad. Both have gone down hill.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered a pizza for 5:15 pm called and made the order at 2:30 pm. Went to pick up pizza and they had four people working in the kitchen and nobody knew about the order. Instead of fixing the problem and making the 1 pizza real quick and putting it thru the oven. Said it would be an hour before we could get one. Not how a business should be ran. Didn't offer any help. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDED!

DO NOT USE DELIVERY! Door dash driver has no way of communication and not reliable at all! Casey’s will not refund either…. So ridiculous just hire actual delivery drivers!!!

If you want pizza great place to order from but do carry out. If you do delivery and request a 2 liter of soda they often forget it and then you end up waiting 20 or so minutes for them to finish deliveries and bring it back if they remember.
