I can't say enough about this place. They are all very kind and helpful. It was like talking to family. One of the guys went the extra mile explaining everything about the chainsaw we purchased. Purchased a Scag Patriot from them in August, had an excellent experience. The owner Don worked with me and even found a manufacture rebate for me. He also called me a couple weeks after the purchase just to check in and see how I was liking the mower. Great guy and business.

Writing this review in hopes of getting a response from the business!

We had our snowblower picked up for repair by them 3 months ago (February 2025) and we haven’t heard back from them ever since and none of our calls and emails have been answered.

Their repair form claims a 30-day guarantee for repair completion.

Dropped my zero turn at the end of last season, oil, 3 new blades, and air filter. Took it home, winterized and stored it. Had to jump it this season and didn’t ride it for more than 25 mins before I lost the deck belt. Neither issue was their fault or anything they worked on and I’ve been going there since they were on Franklin St so I brought it back for a dead battery and a deck belt. They lifted it with a forklift in front of me, watched the fork go under the deck. Come back to pick it up and got charged for 2 bent blades, and another air filter. No prior call to tell me they were doing extra work. After arguing with the service manager they removed the cost of the air filter and blades but still charged me 1.5hr labor (same as the initial receipt). Lied and told me it usually takes 4 hours to check a battery alone and I should be happy I got a deal.
