I had set up a service and asked to be called when the service was on their way. Josh Wharton called and said he would be there in 40 minutes. Almost to the very minute, Josh showed up. I told him what I wanted done to an old stove. He took about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, had the part with him, and fixed it taking all of about 30 minutes. Josh was professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad I use Star for my appliance repair.

Great experience, all the staff in a few different departments took way beyond the extra steps , even called the manufacturer on one of my questions to make certain I was getting the product I needed !
Wish more businesses ran like Star , well deserved 5 star, Star !

have purchased 2 items from STAR. Both have had nothing but problems with them.
! was a new stove, had to have service there once a week for 2 months, because oven would not light. Had there numerous times after, because pilot light did not stay lit.

Another item was dishwasher purchased 2 years ago. Had tp replace washer arm bearings after 2 months. Most recently had a small leak. They came to fix it, and shorted out circuits, and go figure had to order more parts. 2 weeks later parts come in, but either wrong parts, or needed other parts that they did not order at that time. So had to wait even longer for more parts to come in.
Needless to say, we are a food service operation that has not had a working dish washer for over a month.

As a commercial customer I have been bringing machines here for service for a while with out any issues until now. They have had my machine for over a month for repair and I finally called to see what was going on to find out it has been done for weeks and the FORGOT TO CALL ME! Not too happy at the moment.
