I I know that Gary is going to be a City that I will Reside into in the future, Because the Dream that I have had of Gary, I kow was a Vision shown to me by God. I seen it to be with Homes in the Neighborhood, with all Brick Homes.Some Homes are being made with Wood and Brick. Some of the Homes, with Aluminum Type of Decor to them and some with it all, but none of the New Homes all over Gary, will be Wood Only Built this will make
Gary have a Different Scenery, due to all of the Crime that was encoutered by some thing . It would have to be a City that will allow the Most to Remember, and not to Remember, but a City to know that a Change, by Building it all Over to alow the People to not think of the Consequense's of the Pastfor the Improvement's to the Future Home of Gary. Homes, Built Extremely strong, with better Insulation would Make the people feel, more Comfortable being Warmer, During the Cold Season's. I am writing to you of my Suggestion's, and will be Contributing Funds, to the Building Dept. Because I see this City to be with Celebrity's Home's. I am going to Notify Other People, that would be of Assistance, that would be willing to Help to make the City of Gary to be a Fabulous City to Reside in someday soon. I know it will be Done Because I have seen it to be a Much Better City, with a lot of Funding that will allow for the Improvement's for the Community's. I feel for the Newer Established
Development's in The more Modernized Communitie's to come it will be of ablaused, to Except Funding from the Contributor's that's being Volunterable , and Fundamental, to be able to Assist with the Fundamental Contributes that will be for the Improvements of the City of Gary, Indiana. I've been calling asking for assistance from Community Development for the past 3 years and they are never taking applications. This year I called in March and was told they only take them in the Spring (it was the 1st day of Spring), so then I was told to call next month, April. So again, I called, they're still not taking them, call back next month they told me. So again, I call in May, middle of May. I asked if they were taking applications, the lady was so rude and disrespectful. She told me they were not taking applications. I told her, I have been calling for the last several months, she told me that I wasn't the only one calling and all she could tell me was to call back next month. So reluctantly again, I called today and was told no applications until January 2020. What is going on? My house will be 100 years old next year and needs some major repairs done and I can't get any help where I reside and pay my taxes? I will not be able to do another winter there. I'm lost for words with this situation.
