Will came out to do an inspection for a home that we were looking to purchase. He responded quickly to the request and came out the very next day.

He was extremely thorough in his inspection and review of the home. He left no stone unturned as he worked through the home over several hours that afternoon. Upon his final review he sent us a full in spection. It was approximately 70 pages of information that included many pictures as well as marks ups in terms of if things were acceptable, mid range or an issue and suggested repair. He left plenty of guidance notes to help us know what repair was needed, why and how.

Not only did he provide the service of the inspection and the report but he also helped us afterwards with further questions and guidance. We appreciate the service and guidance that he provided.

I would highly recommend his company not only for the inspection and purchase of a new home but also for the inspection of any existing home that has aged and you feel that you may need many repairs. His full report was so helpful and I believe anyone could benefit from the advice.
