Very friendly staff but doesn't offer a lot of communication or assurance on what's going on. Pull up to guard shack at 1345 for what's a 1400 appointment for a preload. Guard checked me in and then attempted to radio in to let shipping know I was here, but she got no response. She then just told me she was surrounded they heard her and to pull in and parked, and someone would be out to let me know what to do. Now I already she one of our trailers in a door and assumed that was my load. So after I parked and waited 45 minutes no one came out to me so I went up to the shipping window to make sure someone at least knew I was here and make sure my load wasn't ready and just sitting in the door. When someone came, they told me that they didn't know I was here, but they were loading my load and would bring me the paperwork when finished. Like I said, very nice people, no real arguments or complaints. I just wish there was a little more communication and reassurance

Bringing a load. Make it to the receiving gate on the east side. There is this ? on my passenger side. A simple button. I press it, I think. It was frozen and I have no idea if it worked, so I pressed again and held for a second. Go to my truck and wait.

5 minutes passed. Another rig pulled up behind me so I get out and ring it again. In the distance, I think I can hear a bell as I hold it for 2 seconds...

There are no instructions. No indication to let me believe they know we're out here. I know how annoying a bell like that is when you're working inside, but I'm going to push it again and longer.

This is a bad setup that could be cheaply and effectively fixed to A: Let the trucker know the process and B: Let the trucker know he was heard. I don't want to be buzzing this thing annoying people for no reason.

. My appointment was 9am I showed up at 7: 00. I got loaded and left at 7: 40. The security are very friendly.

The lady working the yard is the best. She was so nice and that’s part of what makes this job worth it. I wish I had got her name, you’ll know though who I’m talking about when you meet her. She smiles and everything. Plenty of room to maneuver, load time was quick and just be on time. Thanks guys!

Very trucker friendly. Came here tonight to get loaded, quick in and out. Took no time at all. Very friendly even recommended some places to eat locally that deliver!! Awesome place and great staff!!

Receiving is on the East side of the building. Just ring buzzer at gate and wait, they have to walk around the building to you. Little tight backing into dock but can be done. Unloaded in one hour. 30 minute wait for door. Ports Potty to south of lot.

The reason I give it 2 stars there was nice managers when I was there but some didn't wanna help the new employees and now it's been almost a month since my last day there and still haven't received my check
