First time coming here today. I called before hand and the owner picked up the phone. He was in Minnesota, tending to the cows on the farm. He was very nice on the phone.
So they grow their cows out in Minnesota where they are grass fed and grass finished and then brought down to Tucson. Each year there are a minimum of 3 deliveries of meat, and sometimes 4 deliveries. So thats about one delivery every 4 months at the minimum. If you go there to buy the meat you can be put on a list for the next delivery of grass fed beef. They will call you during the next delivery of meat from their farm.

All natural cows grow slower than their grain fed GMO variants so you will need to be proactive in obtaining this meat for yourself and/or your family. If you are serious about eating grass fed grass finished you may want to look into getting a whole cow butchered and packaged at a farm and put the whole thing into a deep freezer. It will be cheaper that way, but if that is not possible on your current situation, then you can buy the beef from the nice folks here at Diamond K.
