Had the worst experience today, instead of being informative she decided to be combative. Ruined my day. The short girl with braces and red hair…..beware of her. She has no issue being rude and then running to management. Your money is best spent with people who respect you. Just politely avoid her and maybe we will be relieved of her service. Probably not. They’ll continue to let her disrespect paying customers.

"Edit: Still haven't been reimbursed and it doesn't look like I will. Got a lovely note from the supposed owner (underneath) that really doesn't help me at all and makes me believe that they will still not help. Sent multiple messages/emails with screenshots of proof of what I had and what it went down to. HOW ABOUT FIXING THE POINTS INSTEAD OF MAKING SEEM LIKE YOU ARE! NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND DON'T MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS! THANK YOU"
Online Double Points only apply if you demand them. Was supposed to take twice as long to redeem by asking.The customer having to request the points after the fact make me believe that they are counting on you to forget about it. Also ordering online creates a new account even if you are logged in ordering somehow. Even if you just sign in. So now it's supposed to be three times as long with no guarantee that I'll even get my points. From my experience of past incidents THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. Even though the computer is supposed to keep track of your points

I am not supportive of the nature of this business, however I am fair in noticing that they "take care of business!" Clean and safe facilities and parking lots (Security), community gatherings (car shows, tent vending events, etc.). Great awareness to bring the community back out to enjoy the surrounding neighborhoods. As a Pastor around here I want to say thank you for turning a negative into a positive for this community. Continue with the good work and help us keep our neighborhood from going up in smoke... smile.

They don’t always tell you about the first time customer until after your third visit expressed lines are only for online orders despite online orders always are buffering and submit multiple times when I try ordering good prices good weed though not good structure

I really like this place! With so many different dispensaries, you really have a hide choice of where to go. But I always come here. There are many options closer to my home than this one, I feel more at home at Organics! Keep up the good work! And remember customer service is always very important! Love y’all 😘

Bud tenders are rude and immature for the type of business they run. The tenders act like we can't take our business elsewhere, and we will to educated friendly bud tenders who don't have an attitude....In THE WEED HOUSE. GO SMOKE AND CHILL. Don't waste your money if you like being respected. Don't go to the chick with braces she has a real issue not pertaining to work.

Kind of a far drive from me, but really great place.
Has a nice thing going on. Great selection, good service. Went right before Christmas... long line. Went prior to New years, not too bad.
