Best facial and massage ever! I’m a member and I go for 1 facial and 2 massages every month. My job is super stressful and Elements Massage in Paradise resets me every time! I highly recommend trying their services out and I guarantee you’ll be back for more. It sounds cheesy, but it’s the truth. I’m one of those people that mostly post about bad experiences, but I took the time to share this 5-star because I know it helps people and there are a lot of people relocating to AZ that are looking for great self-care services!

Tia is a great therapist. She listened for my problem spots and did a great job. The front desk has a no pressure sales approach to signing up for a membership. Everyone all around was great.

I suffer from migraines and today’s was pretty bad. I have prescription medication that works pretty darn good-usually one pill does the trick. Today it did not, so I took another. And even that didn’t work. So I tried all the things- caffeine, Alta meds, water, food, etc. and nothing worked. I was ready to head to urgent care for stronger pain meds and thought maybe to try a massage first. By this point, it had been 12 hours of excruciating pain. I scheduled 20 minutes before the appointment time and booked with Juan. This was the best thing I could have done. HE IS A MAGICIAN. He used pressure points and manipulated certain muscle groups so it wasnr your typical relaxing massage but we chatted the whole time to keep my mind off of it. 45 minutes later, migraine was gone- what 12 hours and many medications wouldn’t do, he did in 45 minutes. This was a life changing experience because now I have another tool in my tool box to battle these migraines. I ended up signing up for a membership because of how amazed I was. Spent the entire day on the couch but left elements pain free and full of energy. Thank you SO much. 😊

made an appointment didn’t confirm if we gonna have male or female therapist. i got paired with a male and you know there are people who went through some stuff and would like to have females therapist only and i’d ask to cancel we can’t cause we will pay. suppose to be a relaxing day but turned into a stressful event.

The staff was super friendly and very informative when I went to get my first massage there. I loved the add-ons available to get with your massage. Their membership is easy (not complicated, if you ever need to cancel) and not scary to join! Thanks Raul and Fernando for making the massages beneficial and relaxing!

This was an odd experience paired with the worst, and weirdest massage I've ever had.

I scheduled an appointment online. The day of the appointment they sent me a text to notify me that my appointment was rescheduled to a new time, which was odd.

The therapist told me how tired she was and wished she had taken the day off. She seemed to be zoning out throughout the massage with long pauses - I started wondering if she was falling asleep? Super weird. She messaged one arm and one leg, but not the other side.

Save your money and go somewhere else. I couldn't wait until it was over! I'm a local and will never go back.
