What an amazing tasting honey!! I stopped to get one type of honey for Christmas for a family member. A cat's claw honey and found out that the allergy honey would help my children as well. So I grabbed a bottle of that and got thrown in an extra bottle of cinnamon honey. All local honey that tastes amazing! Tim really knew his honey. Thank you so much for your kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed the bee keeping class. This class only had two students, my wife and I, which made it a little easier for us. Connie is a great teacher and obviously cares about bees, and the role they have in all of our lives. I left with a greater understanding of what goes into bee keeping and in agreement with Connie's approach to it. I need to learn more about beekeeping and will certainly be pursuing it further. Connie was personable, very well informed, articulated the subject matter very well. So much to learn, such little time. In any event, this class come highly recommended, super grateful for the experience. It was awesome.

If you are looking for real "raw and unfiltered" honey, Honey Hive Farms is the place. I research several places in the Phoenix valley looking for local honey that had variety and was certified. Honey Hive farms had both. I also was looking for a place to sell bulk honey as in 5 gallon buckets. Honey Hive sells small and large quantities. Tim was a pleasure to work with and answered all my question. The man knows his honey! My 5 gallon order was processed promptly and received within a few days. The honey is delicious and exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Honey Hive for your honey needs. No need to look elsewhere folks. Thanks Tim. We both have had such a difficult time with the mesquite tree bloom. we're very excited to try the mesquite honey! If we like the flavor & keep using through the year we're hoping next year's bloom won't be so harsh with our allergy reactions.

Discovered this place as we were driving by 83rd Ave north of Thunderbird on a Saturday. This honey is delicious! I cannot buy honey from the store again. The Wildflower flavor is my favorite. So glad we stopped!
