This is a great spot to eat for quality food, vibes, etc. I kinda wish they had more to their menu but they still offer great food. Their burger is one of their best options (I’m sure their salmon is better I just haven’t tried it). What really makes them great is they have a high quality dessert! I feel I can never find a good dessert at a restaurant because it’s always some dry crusty cookie/cake with corn syrupy ice cream. Jack Sprat has a great chocolate olive oil cake with mascarpone! It’s perfect and would definitely get again.

A cozy, somewhat Scandinavian, vibe inside! Service was excellent and entertaining.

All of our food and wine was excellent, starting with the Cheesy Schmool!

We also shared the Peanut Pan (large portion, slightly spicy) and the Alaska Man burger (perfectly cooked). Our friends also ordered the BLT with added steak and it was delicious.

We were too full to order desert but we will be back for King Dong Cake!

Came here after the AWCC. There was not a long wait to be seated. The vegan nachos were definitely worth the hype. Coffee was good and helpful for chasing the northern lights. I enjoyed the fish and dessert. We did also have their daily soup which was very spicy and oily.

Great place with tasty eclectic menu. Food and portions were both on point. Food can be pricey or hit and miss in Alaska. This place is doing it right and was definitely a standout on our last trip.

Jack Sprat team (and Jake) thank you! The perfect Thanksgiving celebration; of course, a charming location, a warm welcome, lively space, and exceptional service. Each course was creative, well-plated, and extremely tasty. We appreciate you allowing us to take dessert home, the portions were plenty, and we want to enjoy those at home as much as we did every other course. The accordion music was a lovely touch, too!

The food is exquisite! The beet and burrata appetizer had a nice balance of flavors with peppery arugula. Loved the salmon with green curry. If you’re in the mood for comfort food, the burger was very flavorful, too. Nice, generous wine pours. It’s so relaxing to enjoy meticulously prepared food in a casual, relaxing setting. Almost all the patrons were wearing hiking boots and flannels, as it should be in Alaska.

Great dinner find while visiting Aleyska. Good flavours and wine options. No bar, just beer and wine. Portion sizes range, so best to ask if super hungry.
