Jones-McLeod handles the service call with professionalism. We request that every tech calls upon arrival and departure. The tech completed the pre/post communication. We request that we receive separate invoices for work performed on separate pieces of equipment. Accounting department had fulfilled this requirement for us. JM has definitely earned our future business. We are very glad to have them on our Vendors list.

Great staff! Courteous and quick. Can fill almost ALL restaurant equipment and parts needs. Great inventory in stock. And since they are the Local PartsTown distributor, parts are practically unlimited. Between James and Sandy, and the rest of the staff, there’s not much they can’t answer.

Miscommunication, broken promises and WAY overpriced. They drug out a simple fix for over 2 months that CRES ended up resolving in a matter of 30 minutes. Jones McLeod claimed the part they replaced on a cooler was faulty so they ordered another and kept saying they were just waiting for the part to come in. When I called the last time to cancel all pending services they said that they were happy I called because the parts finally came in and they would be out within the next 3 days but never updated me that they were actually in until it was too late. Those parts were not necessary according to CRES so give them a call instead. John was great, and like I said before, had everything fixed in 30 minutes after I waited on Jones McLeod for OVER TWO MONTHS! 1 week later and all coolers are going strong. Don’t waste your time, energy or money in trusting this company.

We are a catering company at Savoie. When our ovens, stoves, fryer, or coolers go out we are helpless. Jones McLeod has had our backs countless times and repaired things quickly. Even when they were busy or short staffed, they've taken care of us so we can do our jobs with events. Christina and Mike my favorites in service orders. All the repair people are fast and professional and nice. I couldn't get my job done if they didn't do their job! Andrew, Craig, Stan, so many repair staff have always been courteous, professional, and timely. I can't say enough about Jones McLeod keeping us up and running!
