I have been here three times. They have a good selection of heat and eat items. I have tried the shrimp and grits, Gouda mac & cheese, and the banana pudding. All were good in my opinion. I will definitely be back to try something else. They have a small selection of beer and wines. There are meats for purchase. I heard them talking about Thanksgiving and getting your smoked turkey order in early.

Great owner and staff. Great selection of steaks, sausage, and protein options. Great wine selection and very reasonable pricing. If you want something to grab and go for a family dinner you are in the right spot. Fantastic shop, if you aren't stopping in for something tasty you are missing out

First, best place for fresh homemade sausage and cuts of meat but Nick and his crew can get you anything you want from Cajun country. Oysters by the case!!! Service #1!

Update to say that his catering is awesome. We had lasagna that was outstanding and the most gorgeous salad that my guests could not say enough about!

First time buying their fried turkey, but won't be the last! Crawfish dressing and smoked gouda mac and cheese were delish too. Especially appreciated that they fry their turkeys so that people with nut allergies also can enjoy them(my experience is that most use peanut oil). Opened up a whole new and wonderful experience for a family member who has a peanut allergy. Thanks so much!

Wow! I bought a six pack of their brisket sliders to serve for dinner. Each slice of brisket was at least 70% fat! Disgusting! We were unable to eat them. If I were at a restaurant, I would have sent these back to the kitchen. These were the worst brisket sandwiches I have ever had. Ever!

We get all our meat from Nick at Cajun Cleaver. He's the best. I especially love his steak burgers. My husband and I love them so much he bought a deep freezer full. Best place to get top shelf cuts of meat. My husband said he also has unique things like Dry aged, prime, wagyu, A5 beef, and even Koji-aged beef. Trust me, go to Nick at Cajun Cleaver. You wont be disappointed

Being from Louisiana, I am so lucky to have the Cleaver nearby. My family and I enjoy many meals made up of the various meats, sides, drinks, and desserts we grab quite often. The selection is great... especially the beer fridge. Don't sleep on the frozen premade dishes that make easy weeknight dinners!

Perfect Andouille! I didn’t expect the taste and texture to rival andouille from my usual suppliers in Laplace Louisiana, but their smoked andouille was worth the 40 minute drive (definitely better than 5 hour drive to LA). Made all the difference in my Thanksgiving Gumbo!
